Adrianna Hyman
Chef Adrianna Hyman, of
Sweet Divas, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York,
where she received her degree in Culinary Arts. Trained by Master Chefs and
other great culinary experts, her hard work was rewarded with the
prestigious Alumni Fund Scholarship. Adrianna apprenticed at one of the only
five star restaurants in California where she could apply her classical
French culinary skill with a more contemporary flare. Her commendable
performance there led to an invitation from Chef Ludovic Lefebvre to assist
in preparing an exclusive dinner for an international cadre of chefs at the
James Beard House in New York City. She then pursued other learning
opportunities with several of the finest restaurants located throughout the
wine country in northern California. Adrianna has since been the Pastry Chef
at one of Orange County’s most well known caterers specializing in fine
cakes for almost 4 years. Now, with the creation of Sweet Divas, Adrianna
applies her vast skills and experiences to an exciting new adventure in the
culinary arts. She is excited to share with you her vision for providing
the finest cakes, desserts, and exceptionally poetic cuisine for your very
special event.
